Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 Sept. 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Travel of Dreams website and booking platform (“Platform”), and your purchase of travel packages, hotel accommodations, and related services (“Services”) offered or facilitated by us.
By accessing our Platform, creating an account, or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Refund Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.
If you are making a booking on behalf of other travellers, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
1. Definitions
- “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to Travel of Dreams, operating as Travel of Dreams.
- “Customer”, “you”, “your” refers to any individual or entity accessing the Platform or making a booking.
- “Booking” means a confirmed reservation for a travel package, hotel accommodation, or related service.
- “Travel Package” means a combination of two or more travel services (including accommodation, transport, activities, or guided tours) offered or arranged by us.
- “Third-Party Supplier” means any hotel, airline, tour operator, or other service provider whose services are facilitated through our Platform.
2. Our Role — Agency and Principal
Travel of Dreams acts in a dual capacity depending on the service:
2.1 As Principal
Where we design, package, and sell holiday packages directly, we act as the principal supplier. Our liability in respect of those packages is as set out in these Terms.
2.2 As Agent
Where we facilitate bookings for Third-Party Suppliers (such as individual hotel reservations or flights), we act as an agent on behalf of those suppliers. In such cases, the contract for the service is between you and the relevant Third-Party Supplier, and their own terms and conditions will also apply. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of Third-Party Suppliers, except as expressly provided by applicable law.
We will clearly indicate on our Platform and in your booking confirmation whether a service is provided by us directly or facilitated through a Third-Party Supplier.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use our Platform and make bookings, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and booking.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (if created on our platform). You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
4. Booking Process and Confirmation
4.1 Making a Booking
Bookings may be made through our website or via our customer support channels. When you submit a booking request, it constitutes an offer to purchase the relevant service. A binding contract is formed only upon our issuance of a written booking confirmation to you.
4.2 Booking Confirmation
Upon successful payment and confirmation, we will send a booking confirmation to the email address you provide. This confirmation will include:
- Booking reference number.
- Details of the services booked.
- Payment summary and GST invoice (where applicable).
- Applicable vouchers or documents for third-party suppliers.
It is your responsibility to review the booking confirmation and notify us immediately of any errors. Please also ensure all traveller names exactly match the names on official identification documents, as errors may result in additional charges or denial of service by suppliers.
4.3 Booking for Groups
For group bookings, special terms may apply. Please contact our team at support@travelofdreams.in for group enquiries.
5. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
5.1 Pricing
All prices displayed on our Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to the completion of a booking. Once your booking is confirmed, the price will not change except in the circumstances described in Clause 7.
5.2 GST and Taxes
All applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other statutory levies are either included in the displayed price or will be clearly shown separately before you complete payment. GST invoices will be issued for all transactions.
5.3 Payment Methods
We accept payment via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, etc.. Payments are processed through our authorised payment gateway partner, Razorpay which is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
5.4 Failed or Incomplete Payments
If your payment fails or is declined, your booking will not be confirmed. Any provisional booking will be held for a limited period, after which it may be released. We recommend you check with your bank and retry or use an alternative payment method. We are not responsible for booking losses arising from payment failures caused by your bank or payment provider.
5.5 Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment is charged through a system error, we will process a full refund of the duplicate amount within 5–7 business days. Please contact us at support@travelofdreams.in with your booking reference and payment details.
6. Price Changes and Supplier Surcharges
After your booking is confirmed, we reserve the right to pass on increases in the cost of your booking only if:
- The increase results from a change in government-imposed taxes, fees, or levies applicable to your booking.
- The increase results from significant fluctuations in currency exchange rates affecting international bookings, where the package was priced in a foreign currency.
In such cases, we will notify you in writing and you may choose to accept the revised price or cancel your booking for a full refund of amounts already paid. We will not pass on increases in our own operational costs after confirmation.
7. Travel Documents and Visa
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you and all travellers in your party hold valid passports, visas, permits, health certificates, and any other documentation required for your journey. We strongly recommend checking entry requirements with the relevant embassies or consulates and the official Government of India travel advisories.
We will provide general guidance where possible but are not liable for any loss, denial of boarding, or denied entry arising from your failure to hold required documentation.
8. Health, Safety, and Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers, at a minimum: trip cancellation and curtailment, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, loss of baggage, and personal liability. Travel insurance is not included in any package unless explicitly stated.
You are responsible for assessing health and safety risks associated with your destination and seeking appropriate medical advice. We are not responsible for health or safety incidents during your travels.
9. Modifications to Bookings
9.1 Modifications Requested by You
Requests to modify a confirmed booking (such as changes to travel dates, hotel, or room type) are subject to availability and to the modification policies of the relevant supplier. Amendment fees may apply. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details of charges.
9.2 Modifications by Us or Suppliers
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may require us or a Third-Party Supplier to make changes to your booking. We will notify you as soon as practicable. For significant changes (such as a change of hotel property or substantial itinerary amendment), you will be offered the choice of:
- Accepting the proposed change.
- Selecting an alternative available option of equivalent or higher quality.
- Cancelling your booking and receiving a full refund of amounts paid to us.
10. Cancellation
Please refer to our separate Cancellation Policy for full details of cancellation terms, applicable charges, and the process for requesting a cancellation. The Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Refunds
Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for full details of refund eligibility, processing timelines, and exclusions. The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 General Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific booking to which the claim relates.
12.2 Third-Party Supplier Services
Where we act as an agent for Third-Party Suppliers, we are not liable for any failure, deficiency, or negligence on the part of those suppliers. Your remedies in such cases are against the supplier directly, and any applicable supplier terms and conditions will apply.
12.3 Exclusions
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, or any losses arising from Force Majeure events.
12.4 Consumer Protection
